VP Structured Finance
A company is looking for a VP Structured Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead support for new business transactions from the Structured Finance department and corporate-managed legal entities Collaborate with regional business units and corporate partners to develop alternative financial approaches and structures Participate in the pricing, execution, and on-boarding of new transactions, as well as structuring reinsurance/retrocession transactions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of experience in the life and health insurance industry 5+ years of experience in GAAP, Statutory, and tax accounting and financial reporting Working knowledge of insurance/reinsurance accounting and expert knowledge of life, health, and/or annuity products Supervisory experience with strong people management skills
