A company is looking for a Support Services Specialist to provide customer and internal team support in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing various account issues
Oversee account activities, including listing maintenance and onboarding, while ensuring quality service for operational processes
Contribute to user education and maintain strong relationships with landlord partners to enhance satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or client support roles
Proficient in the Google Drive suite of tools
Comfortable managing a high volume of customer contact while prioritizing tasks
Available for a rotating weekend schedule (no more than 2 weekends per quarter)
Interested in understanding the New York City real estate market
