A company is looking for a Web Portal Services Representative I to enhance the use of web-based solutions for claims submission, payments, and authorizations. Key Responsibilities Educate callers on the benefits of utilizing member and provider insurance portals Service members and providers using the portals for dental, medical, vision, and physical therapy Document call information accurately and provide feedback on portal issues to internal departments Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or provider relations Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and email) Understanding of reimbursement methods and contract terminology preferred Associates degree in a related field is a plus
