Healthcare Training Manager
A company is looking for a Training Manager for a Healthcare Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the training department and oversee the delivery of training projects and strategic initiatives
Lead the Training Office department, providing direction to junior management and personnel
Design learning strategies and collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop program requirements
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in a training environment, with at least two years in healthcare-related accounts
BA/BS in Education, Business, or Communications
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
Experience with budgeting and P&L management
