Key Responsibilities Build and manage a grants pipeline across blockchain protocols and technology partners Forge and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Web3 funding ecosystems Collaborate with teams to align grant sourcing with ecosystem design and capital allocation models Required Qualifications 3-5+ years in grant strategy, business development, or ecosystem growth, with at least 3 years in crypto or blockchain Deep familiarity with grant mechanics in Web3, including DAO governance and token incentives Proven track record of winning competitive grants through persuasive writing Strong relationships across DAOs, accelerators, and on-chain funding vehicles Ability to navigate both KYC-required and permissionless environments
