Key Responsibilities:
Analyze benefits and well-being data to develop and implement initiatives that promote healthy behaviors
Translate research and market trends to create innovative well-being experiences and resources
Increase associate participation in well-being programs through effective vendor management and process delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in benefits or well-being program management
Proven experience in designing and managing well-being strategies and initiatives
Analytical skills to assess well-being data and develop actionable insights
Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex issues
