A company is looking for a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders to understand business needs and support recruitment efforts
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build and maintain talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Minimum of two years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruitment
Experience executing strategic recruitment plans
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools, such as Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn
Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR
