FINRA Licensed Client Engagement Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to manage client interactions and support financial clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and strengthening relationships
Initiate calls and emails to manage the client pipeline and respond to marketing campaigns
Resolve client inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to achieve positive outcomes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Ability to quickly learn complex programs and products while navigating software applications
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CENTRAL, Monday through Friday
FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer
