Key Responsibilities Manage the organization's compensation function and administer related programs and policies Oversee the development and management of HR systems and reporting Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and conduct market analysis for competitive positioning Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field preferred; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in HR compensation program administration Experience with HRIS administration, preferably with ADP Understanding of state and federal compensation-related employment and labor law Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables
