Support Coordinator
A company is looking for a Support Coordinator (West Coast Hours).
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone, webform, or chat to provide accurate information empathetically
Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest tailored resolutions
Utilize Customer Care technology platforms to enhance customer experience and capture relevant data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication Studies, Humanities, or equivalent experience
Direct experience in a service-related role
Ability to work during core business hours of 8am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time)
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Proficient in using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
