Key Responsibilities Make decisions on variable/portfolio death claims and annuity accounts while ensuring compliance with a $2M signature authority limit Examine and analyze claim information and documentation to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling processes and support digital capabilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Series 6 FINRA License required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire Previous experience in claims, income plans, or annuities preferred High degree of accuracy in handling detailed technical work Technically savvy with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
