Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
A company is looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Senior Consultant. Key Responsibilities Manage client requirement meetings and demonstrate Workday configuration skills Direct activities of consultants on payroll projects under guidance Mentor lower-level employees and contribute to internal HCM goals Required Qualifications 3+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation and/or 3.5-5 years of consulting industry experience Experience implementing or working with Workday Prior consulting experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
