Key Responsibilities: Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday Benefits lead consultant at a Workday partner firm Required Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core, Benefits, and at least one of Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Learning, or Talent/Performance Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Employment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification
