A company is looking for a Workday Internal Business Architect to oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of Workday HCM and Finance platforms. Key Responsibilities Serve as a consultative partner to business leaders for system design improvements Lead governance processes, roadmap planning, and resource coordination for Workday Manage feature releases and system updates to align with business needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience Workday experience or formal training is highly preferred 8+ years of experience in HRIS, financial systems management, or enterprise application support
