A company is looking for an ES Workday Lead. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze the complete HR process and support call priorities to meet SLAs Conduct workshops for business requirements and manage the functional design, configuration, and unit testing in ERP HCM Lead the project phases including Discovery, Design, Architect, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and support while managing stakeholder expectations Required Qualifications Experience with at least three ERP HCM modules such as HR, Talent Acquisition Management, and Global Payroll Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, and configuration details Experience in security setup and building interfaces and reports Ability to work as an independent contributor and lead a team effectively Experience in delivering end-user training and developing training materials
