Workday HRIS Administrator
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence)
Configure business processes, security roles, integrations, and workflows
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR, managers, and employees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in HRIS administration or similar roles
3 years of Workday administration experience
Proficient in HRIS management and system configurations
Workday certification(s) in HCM, Reporting, or Integrations, preferred
