Workday PATT Manager
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, HR Technology (Workday PATT).
Key Responsibilities
Lead system configuration, process automation, and optimization for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that comply with regulations and enhance business processes
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday PATT, providing technical support and strategic advice to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Expertise in at least two Workday areas: Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
Minimum of 8+ years of configuration experience in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, with at least 4 years in Workday
Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and time-tracking rules
Experience in Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
