A company is looking for a Workday PMO Lead to support their Workday practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide Engagement Management support for initial and Phase X implementations, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met Manage Workday certifications for consultants and reconcile Workday invoices with independent consultant hours Set up new projects in project management tools and conduct monthly reviews to ensure accuracy of time entered and billed Required Qualifications: Workday Partner PM/EM certification required and must remain active throughout employment 3+ years of Workday PMO experience is required Experience using Workday, Smartsheet, JIRA, and SharePoint or similar project management tools Experience with invoicing reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting is required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
