Workforce Management Assistant Manager
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct workforce team members to meet goals through hiring, performance management, and coaching
Analyze workforce metrics and trends to ensure optimal staffing and scheduling
Prepare and present reports on forecasts and process recommendations to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of related experience in workforce management or call center operations
Experience with NICE CX One, IEX, or similar workforce management tools
Two-year degree or equivalent experience; four-year degree preferred in business or statistics
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in data visualization tools and dashboards
