A company is looking for a Workforce Management Coordinator (Nights and Weekends). Key Responsibilities Monitor service levels and site performance in real-time for all queues Communicate changes in incoming contact patterns to the operations and WFM teams Update and send performance reports while managing vacation and overtime requests Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment 1+ years of experience in a Workforce Management role as a Real Time Analyst preferred Experience with WFM software solutions and Salesforce or similar systems Intermediate proficiency in Excel Ability to work nights and weekends
