Workforce Training Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Training and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leadership and instructional design tasks, including scheduling and orientation for new team members
Determine instructional design methods and conduct analyses to identify appropriate learning delivery options
Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with strategic goals and measure program effectiveness
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Master's degree in Business, Learning and Development, Curriculum Development, Nursing, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
Minimum of three years of experience as a people leader
Minimum of three years in designing learning technology or environments
Minimum of three years developing courses in LMS and authoring tools
Demonstrated understanding of various learning design models and proficiency in MS Office
