A company is looking for a Regional Organizer (Youth Organizer). Key Responsibilities Manage 2-3 Community Organizers and lead Chapters of the Civic Service Fellowship Recruit, onboard, and support teams of Civic Service Fellows to lead community actions Submit weekly Action Reports detailing time spent on organizing activities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Two years of experience in community organizing or campaign development Experience engaging with youth, particularly high school-aged individuals Proven leadership and team management experience Familiarity with digital systems for community organizing and outreach Alignment with the mission of empowering youth and building collective power
