A company is looking for a 340B Operations Manager who will provide operational and strategic management for 340B programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee operational performance and compliance of the 340B Program Supervise and develop the 340B operations team, including hiring and training Create and maintain reporting and data analysis related to program performance Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in business, health care, data/IT or related field or equivalent experience Supervisory/Management experience Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Experience in data analysis and presentation
