A company is looking for an Advising & Transfer Credit Specialist to provide academic support and transfer credit evaluations for students. Key Responsibilities Provide advising and academic coaching for up to 150 students Conduct preliminary transfer credit evaluations and consult with the registrar's office Monitor academic progress and collaborate with students to develop personalized action plans Required Qualifications and Education Master's degree in higher education administration, counseling, or a closely related field preferred Experience in higher education advising or coaching, preferably with adult students Proficiency in the use of technology Commitment to a culturally and socio-economically diverse learning environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to FERPA guidelines
