Lifecycle Automation Specialist
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Automation Specialist who is passionate about enhancing customer experience through email, push, and SMS channels.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate automation and operations for CRM marketing programs, collaborating with lifecycle marketing and cross-functional teams
Support the development of batch and lifecycle campaigns to drive revenue and member growth
Manage end-to-end campaign production, including coding, targeting segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in email marketing with hands-on production experience
2+ years of experience using an in-house Email Service Provider (ESP), preferably Iterable
Working knowledge of email best practices and performance metrics
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and CASL laws and compliance
Proven ability to manage lifecycle campaigns from end-to-end with strong organizational skills
