Account Management Coordinator
A company is looking for an Account Management Sales Coordinator to support the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize agendas for client-facing and internal sessions
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and managing related expense reporting
Maintain organized documentation of meeting notes, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure seamless team communication
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer-facing support role, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement
