Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute renewal and upsell strategies in collaboration with the VP of Customer Success
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, focusing on client engagement and pipeline generation
Track key performance metrics related to retention, expansion, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years of experience in account management or client success, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing enterprise customer relationships
Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is strongly preferred
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making
