Account Manager - Payroll Admin

A company is looking for an Account Manager|Payroll & Benefits Admin. Key Responsibilities Drive upsell revenue for Payroll + Ben Admin products by identifying qualified opportunities within the existing US client base Build and maintain a strong pipeline using the MEDDPIC methodology and run tailored discovery and expansion cycles Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain a high-quality customer experience throughout the upsell process Required Qualifications Experience in SaaS Account Management or Sales with a proven track record in upselling or expansion Experience selling payroll software or regulated HR tech in the US market is strongly preferred Deep understanding of US Payroll buyer personas, particularly in HR, payroll, and finance functions Ability to manage and forecast a revenue-generating pipeline using Salesforce Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or related HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR
