Customer Success Training Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Success Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Customer Success training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training sessions
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the impact of training initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness and support business strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in corporate learning or training and development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and relevant software tools
Experience in building and evaluating training programs or processes
Familiarity with children's literature and school activities is a plus
