A company is looking for a Senior Community Program Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Co-develop quarterly roadmaps aligned with annual strategy and oversee community program execution Build scalable systems for community initiatives and act as a leadership presence within the community team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community efforts are impactful and aligned Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in building and scaling community or operational programs in tech Strong operational skills with experience in managing multi-part programs Experience with hybrid formats including digital and in-person community activations Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively Data-aware and outcome-oriented with a focus on defining and tracking success metrics
