Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and communicate performance changes effectively
Monitor performance trends and prepare goal-driven Business Reviews for clients
Serve as the primary external contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely onboarding
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of digital account management experience
Strong understanding of digital media aspects, including ad monetization and SEO
Prior client-facing experience is essential
BA/BS degree required
Ad operations knowledge is a plus
