A company is looking for an Administrative Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Process payment documents and vendor invoices in a timely manner
Provide customer service, training, and mentoring to division personnel
Assist in fiscal year-end closing and maintain integrity of financial data
Required Qualifications
Three years of professional experience in Administrative Technical Support, Bookkeeping, and Accounting
Combination of related education and/or professional experience equaling three years
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools like Excel
Experience processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
Strong analytical skills to review and interpret financial data
