A company is looking for an Advocate Community Lead to manage communication strategies and foster community among advocates. Key Responsibilities Own internal advocate communication channels and community platforms Facilitate engagement through onboarding sessions and advocate-facing experiences Create and curate resources that empower advocates to serve patients effectively Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in internal communications, community management, or PR, preferably in startups Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; clinical background is strongly preferred High level of agency and autonomy with a vision for healthcare improvement
