Alabama Medicaid Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Medicaid Support).
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
Update account history and follow up with clients to ensure resolution of inquiries
Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries and recommend procedural changes for efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred
Ability to provide high-quality customer service to Medicaid recipients
Experience in assisting with eligibility and claims inquiries
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
