Wisconsin CLTS Quality Assurance Representative
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Representative to support the Children's Long-Term Support Waiver Program. Key Responsibilities Conduct full verification reviews of provider applications submitted to the CLTS Waiver Provider Registry Validate provider credentials and enrollment data using third-party tools and external resources Collaborate daily with DHS Bureau of Children's Services and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness standards are met Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative or quality assurance roles Prior experience with Medicaid or Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs preferred Ability to interpret and apply written policies, procedures, and technical guidance Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work independently with minimal oversight High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other Windows-based tools
