A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (Alaska, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver premier technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Assist customers with understanding product features and troubleshooting software, hardware, and cloud issues
Capture data to inform product, process, and service improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of Technical Support experience
Experience with drones/UAV/UAS
Previous customer support experience in utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety is a plus
Familiarity with CRM technology, preferably Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Willingness to work a flexible schedule within a 12/7 hours of operations
