Sales Enablement Director
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement (Sales).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the AMER enablement organization, including GTM Enablement, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience functions
Plan and execute large-scale enablement events, both virtual and in-person
Enhance sales and sales engineering competencies by driving best practices and improving productivity
Required Qualifications
8+ years of enablement experience in the GTM space, including front-line GTM roles
3+ years in leadership roles, with a track record of scaling organizations
Recognized thought leadership in enablement strategies, ed-tech, and learning methodologies
Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse, globally distributed team effectively
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence senior executives
