APAC Licensed Legal Consultant

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (APAC, Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, and other contracts Manage the entire contract process from initial review to document execution Collaborate with global team members to ensure efficient and timely negotiations Required Qualifications Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC-based expat with US/UK/European qualification Must be based in an APAC time zone 5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, in-house or private practice Experience negotiating investment-related NDAs and Engagement Letters independently Familiarity with asset managers or financial services firms is preferable but not essential
