A company is looking for an Appian Test Engineering Lead to support the development of web-based applications with a focus on automation testing. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the quality assurance program and overall test strategy Plan, execute, and report on software testing and review test documentation Provide leadership in hiring, training, and mentoring testing team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related discipline 5+ years of software testing experience and 2+ years of automation testing experience Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members Proficiency with test automation and management tools, such as Subject7 Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal government security clearance
