Application Services Engineer

A company is looking for an Application Services Engineer - XPRF - Remote. Key Responsibilities Provide live support and training for customers on the RF equipment platform Act as an interface between customers and application providers to resolve issues and enhance application features Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues Required Qualifications, Training, and Education BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience Certification may be required in certain areas Well-rounded knowledge of multiple systems and types of exams relevant to the modality Must be able to support at least 70% of the current product line No major product training gaps are allowed
