A company is looking for an Elasticsearch Specialist to manage and optimize their search functionality. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Elasticsearch instance for high performance and reliability Leverage Elasticsearch's AI/ML capabilities to integrate large language models and AI agents Collaborate with the engineering team to develop real estate search and recommendation features Required Qualifications Extensive experience with Elasticsearch, including configuration, querying, and optimization Strong background in AI/ML with experience in Elasticsearch's advanced capabilities Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with skills in infrastructure reliability and DevOps practices Solid experience with Ruby on Rails development is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
