A company is looking for an Area Director to lead and manage multiple USO operations within designated geographic regions. Key Responsibilities Lead Regional Expeditionary Managers and volunteers in planning and evaluating USO programs and events Develop relationships with military and local business leaders to support resource procurement and public image Monitor financial activities and manage operational procedures to ensure consistency with USO policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, including 5+ years in a supervisory role In-depth cultural knowledge of the assigned geographic region Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve results collaboratively Proficiency in business and accounting functions, including project management and budgeting
