Arizona Licensed Client Services Manager
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of XaaS service entitlements across assigned client portfolios
Govern and track client service health, including performance metrics and incident response
Act as the primary point of contact for all XaaS clients, fostering strong relationships to drive retention and service expansion
Required Qualifications
7+ years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in Managed Services program management
Experience working with public sector clients and managing US-based support requirements
Deep expertise in XaaS models, including HPE GreenLake and Dell APEX
Strong program management skills, capable of tracking multiple OEM-specific service requirements
High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services
