Key Responsibilities
Respond to emails and phone calls to assist agents and underwriters
Prepare, review, and issue new business, renewal binders, and policy changes
Maintain electronic files and support relationships with agents and underwriters
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience in a professional office environment
Technological competence for computer/online work systems and programs
Capacity to multi-task efficiently and balance seasonal business spikes
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
