Associate Account Manager
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to retain and renew customer accounts in Emerging Markets/Corporate Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships by assessing needs and managing expectations
Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with the sales team to close additional product or service opportunities
Proactively review customer usage and service case activity to mitigate potential service escalations
Required Qualifications
BS or BA in a relevant field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
Verifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Strong technical acumen
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
