Texas Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide customer care and benefit enrollment services.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from consumers and assist with inquiries while adhering to confidentiality and privacy policies
Track and document inquiries, complete associated tasks, and meet quality assurance metrics
Facilitate caller requests for materials and escalate issues to appropriate staff as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required with 0-6 months of relevant experience
Proficient in managing high-volume calls and typing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Fundamental computer proficiency in Windows and/or Mac
Must reside within 70 miles of Edinburg, TX
