Key Responsibilities Assist in defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design and develop application systems Modify application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements under the direction of the Team Lead/Application Developer Support the design, coding, testing, and documentation of programs and scripts, and respond to system failures to minimize downtime Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent years of Information Technology experience is required Minimum of 1 year of systems and programming experience preferred Technical skill set in software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, and networks is necessary Experience in analyzing and triaging application systems Ability to support system performance events and implement corrective measures
