Associate Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through their journey from onboarding to renewal, providing actionable insights
Manage account health to meet KPIs related to retention, satisfaction, and product engagement

Required Qualifications
1-2 years in a customer-facing role such as customer support, customer success, or account management
Experience with B2B2C customers and SaaS products is a plus
