A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities Designs and implements strategies for growth in the employee benefits space Develops new programs and process improvements for successful client onboarding and marketing Manages client relationships and serves as the escalation point for account management issues Required Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience including leadership roles Licenses/Certifications: Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire Some travel required Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for travel purposes
