A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor Success. Key Responsibilities Builds and fosters relationships with pharma, biotech, and life science sponsors Manages the coordination of solutions to support clinical trials and drives operational roll-out Increases product adoption by securing new trials and expansion deals with existing sponsor customers Required Qualifications 6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or PaaS environment, preferably in health tech or clinical industry Experience forming and maintaining relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders Proven ability to navigate high-level conversations and develop processes for ambiguous issues Experience onboarding new customers and executing customer success programs A passion for improving healthcare and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
